Our Approach
ShopCommand wants you to be confident in your decision to subscribe. We offer transparent, fair refund terms that comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Monthly Subscriptions
Workshop Essentials
- The first month is offered at $1 AUD as a promotional rate.
- After the promotional period, monthly subscriptions auto-renew.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
SAM (AI Receptionist)
- The $99 AUD one-time setup fee is non-refundable once provisioning has begun (we incur third-party infrastructure and provisioning costs to configure your AI receptionist and dedicated phone number).
- Monthly subscription fees follow the same terms as above.
- If we are unable to provision SAM within 5 business days of payment and you wish to cancel, the setup fee will be refunded in full.
When We Will Refund
We will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not used the platform meaningfully (defined as fewer than 5 active days)
- We have not delivered the service as described
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing your subscription
How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of why you're requesting a refund
We will respond within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees, conditions, warranties, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
If our service does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
